An Early Charles II Oak Panel Back Settle
The five oak panels, beneath a well, scroll-carved, top rail set between moulded uprights. The original two-plank seat, supported on moulded rails, with heavily turned baluster legs, joined by stretchers.
Excellent colour and “patina”.
English, probably Gloucestershire, circa 1660-70.
