A Fine Charles I Oak Wall Cupboard
Divided into two sections, with a central internal shelf. Both the top and the bottom have opening doors which retain the original iron butterfly hinges, and turned tapering baluster spindles, set within a chip-carved frame. To the right of the doors, are slightly longer but similarly turned spindles, again morticed into a similarly decorated framework.
Internally, there is an ingenious concealed compartment, suitable for hiding documents.
Wonderful colour and condition.
