A Fine and Rare Cromwellian Oak Side Chair

Often described as a Manchester Chair. The back has a distinctive geometric design, with an open crest at the top and finishing with an arch below supported on open side scrolls. The simple turned legs, with a single knop towards the top are joined with run moulded stretchers.
