A Fine Montgomeryshire Oak Open Dresser Base
The heavy boarded top above four cock-beaded drawers which retain their original brass pulls. The shaped apron, which is always associated with Montgomeryshire, is supported on five turned front legs, which are joined by a boarded pot-shelf.
It is rare to find a dresser from this part of Wales with five front legs, most have three drawers and four legs.
