A Small and Beautifully Proportioned Oak Serving Dresser
The two plank top, with moulded edge, above three drawers, all retaining their original oval brass knobs. The unusually deep arched shaped frieze is supported on six elegantly turned legs, which are joined by a boarded pot-shelf, the front and sides of which are finished with a deep concave moulding, typical of the end of the 17th and beginning of the 18th century. The turned feet are original, being a continuation of the baluster leg.
